PAYMENT DETAILS
Online/face to face - Payment via bank transfer prior to session
Intensive Therapy Packages - Deposits are taken at the time of booking for Intensive Couples counselling, these are non-refundable.
Deposits payable as follows:
Couples ……………….. £100
The final payment for your therapy must be paid at least 7 days before your sessions takes place, via Bank Transfer.
Once you have booked your dates, I will email you with my payment details and send confirmation once the transaction has been processed.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Couples Counselling hourly session - If you need to cancel I require 24 hours notice to prevent the full cost becoming payable.
Intensive Couples Counselling - I will require at least 7 days notice in advance of your session dates and I will refund any money paid, less your deposit. Any less than 7 days prior to arrival, unfortunately, I will not be able to offer a refund as it will be difficult to get someone else to attend those dates. However, if your cancellation is in the event of an emergency, I will reschedule your dates at no extra cost.
Please note that if I had to cancel and you did not want to reschedule, I would fully reimburse any payment you had made.
Travel Costs – I do not refund any travel expenses (regardless of reason) that you may have incurred when planning and booking your sessions. You may wish to consider taking out travel insurance when booking.
