TESTIMONIALS:

Here are just a few feedback examples from my work with previous couples:

‘Couples counselling with Jo has made a huge and positive difference in our relationship. I don’t think we would be together now without the counselling. It allowed us to understand ourselves and our relationship with each other in a different way. The counselling gave us a neutral safe space to work through things. It gave us more awareness of what has happened in our relationship and how we communicate and respond to each other. It helped us get out of a very negative and frustrating place with each other and gave us ways we can and have improved our relationship’ (A&M)

'We are two people that have always prided ourselves on the quality of our shared communication. Therefore, when the marriage began to fracture, it seemed that whilst tragic, life was simply progressing in another direction. However, that was not the shared perception. With ongoing friction, and for the benefit of our children, we agreed to meet with a couples relationship counsellor. As a mediator, Jo quickly identified an area of our communication which we could work to improve on. Despite the fact that we had been together for 27 years, both of us were quite surprised that we had overlooked this seemingly straightforward issue and from that point onwards, we slowly began to rebuild with Jo's help. Our issues weren't severe nor were they complex, but they did feel like it at the time. The breakthrough was Jo, she facilitated a way for us to just talk to one another. That might seem simple but had it not been for her, we're not sure we'd have reconciled' (K&D)

‘Just to say thank you so much for all your help over the past months. You have seen us through a very tricky time, and we have both found it extremely helpful. We feel that our relationship is all the stronger now and will try to remember everything we have discussed’ (F&N)
